Kelly County is Leonida's northern edge, the part of the map furthest from Vice City. Its counterparts are Macclenny, Lawtey and Hilliard — the towns along US-301 near the Florida–Georgia line.There are few objects and they are roadside ones: the Starlet Motel with its pool and sign, an Alpha gas station, a Taco Bomb, a warehouse, a rail tunnel, a canyon, a prison. The county's signature is its roadside attractions with self-explanatory names: Mount Waffles, Maple Syrup Mountain, Mount Mountain.This is the most rural part of the state and the only one where the map climbs into hills.
